Robin is one of Canada's leading experts on consumer behaviour. He has twenty-five years of consumer research and consulting experience in Canada, UK and Asia. He specializes in the areas of branding, communication and consumer decision making. He has led a range of research projects to help organizations better understand shopper needs.
He also has also leveraged his international and multi-cultural research experience to develop a strong track record on conducting research into the needs of Canada’s visible minority communities. In 2014 he co-authored the first book on Canadian multicultural marketing, Migration Nation: A practical guide to doing business in Globalized Canada.
