Catalina Leyva began her career with Unilever Latin America over 9 years ago and joined Johnson & Johnson Canada in 2007. She has held roles in both brand & shopper marketing functions. Leyva is a passionate consumer, shopper and business professional with a track-record for developing and implementing brand & shopper strategies that deliver on joint business objectives. She is currently responsible for the development of shopper strategies that drive innovation, insight-based category growth initiatives for J&J’s wide portfolio and for the development of strong, long term relationships with key business partners & customers.
