Brian Madan joined the TC Media team two years  ago when TC Transcontinental acquired  Quad/Graphics Canada. Today, he is responsible for client services for the Interactive Marketing Solutions (IMS) group, including digital marketing solutions and pre-media for all TC Media customers outside Quebec.  
Madan offers to customers a unique combination of operations, finance, technology and production management knowledge. He translates complex technologies into conversational terms and finds creative solutions to issues.    
He began his career 18 years ago at Quad/Graphics as a customer service representative for a large Canadian retailer. Thanks to his grass roots retail experience, he was promoted to the role of retail support manager, offering pre-press and pre-media  services and working very closely with the retail client base. A few years and promotions later, he was appointed the general manager of the Que-Net Media office in Toronto.
