McCullagh was born and raised in England and moved to the U.S. to continue his education, where he later joined Geometry Global. He has spent the last seven years partnering with his main client, Kimberly-Clark, to bring shopper marketing programs to life at a wide range of U.S. channels and retailers. In 2012, McCullagh transferred to the Geometry Toronto office to support the growth of the Geometry Global Toronto team and to expand his knowledge of the Canadian marketplace. His expertise is how to best align brand and retailer strategic objectives with targeted shopper behaviour and insights to drive brand equity, positive sales results and retailer relationships.
