Pearsall's vision is to inspire discovery through acidity by making modern pantry products that help home cooks be more creative in the kitchen. In the last four years, Pearsall and his team have expanded their business to launch over 25 products nationally across the US, Canada and the UK. In addition, they have innovated and sold over 200 limited edition products online including a magazine, and a non-alcoholic beverage called Proxies, which has now spun off becoming its own company.
His background as a food scientist has brought him to work in kitchens around Toronto, experience design at The Future Food Studio, as well as starting a pop-up dinner series called Citrus Soul. He owes much of his sales experience and entrepreneur endurance to door to door sales in his university summers selling home security systems or smart thermostats.
