Jessica Armstrong is a seasoned CPG executive specializing in the digital and ecommerce space. As Director of Digital-eCommerce & OmniChannel for Unilever Canada, she is responsible for the shopper journey end to end with her role spanning from digital catalogue and capability building, to full shopper marketing programming from online to out of home to in store, while also exploring new revenue streams. Working with 2 of the largest CPG companies, previously heading up eCommerce & Alternative Channels for Kimberly-Clark Canada, she has unlocked new distribution via Amazon and the start-up community, embedded a true omni-channel approach with all brick & mortar partners, and developed a holistic path to purchase for the evolved shopper. Jessica also sits on the GS1 Ecommerce Steering Committee, Intrapreneur Alliance, Hubba Advisory Council, and has been on the speaker faculty for the Food & Consumer Products of Canada (FCPC), Etail Canada, DX3, & IRCE Chicago.
