A true entrepreneur at the core, Rydlo has spent the last eighteen years immersed in the world of shopper marketing and consumer insights. His focus at Influence Marketing is ensuring strong insights act as a foundation for all ideas. As such, he manages the agency’s Insight Network™ and SKYWAY Innovation Program™ with a particular focus on shopper experience amplification.

His past experience has prepared him well for a focus in shopper marketing. He started at Procter & Gamble and increased his marketing competencies at Coca-Cola in the Minute Maid Division. He has since gained expertise in online relationship marketing while working at a dot-com, co-marketing development at Canada Post which included brokering the Canada launch program, retail marketing with Universal Studios Home Video and impact assessment as director of insights with Campbell Canada.

Most recently, as director of marketing at Campbell Company of Canada, Rydlo led the turnaround of several businesses, established one of the top five shopper marketing teams in Canada, and spearheaded the company’s breakthrough cause marketing efforts. Martin is an avid endurance athlete, with a passion for promoting balanced lifestyles and healthy habits. He lives in Toronto with his wife and daughter.
