“I get to choose the toy that goes in the cereal box!!!” That’s how Tiffany Carver described her role to friends and family when she first started her career with General Mills in 1999. Today, Carver leads General Mills’ integrated shopper solutions team, pioneering the idea of “partnership for change” and successfully leading a talented team devoted entirely to value beyond item and price.
Known for her passion and candor, Carver has pushed the envelope on more than one occasion to deliver some of the best-loved promotions and campaigns in the industry. In addition to being a go-to facilitator for innovative thinking, she is a strong supporter of women in grocery and serves on the women in leadership council for General Mills. Carver has been recognized by: the Canadian grocery industry with a Star Women in Grocery Award; by Path to Purchase Institute’s Who’s Who in Shopper Marketing; and by General Mills with the Chairman’s Award.
