Bloom joined Sobeys in 2018, and in this role, he is responsible for overseeing loyalty management, loyalty marketing and partnerships. He has over 20 years of experience in loyalty marketing, CRM and loyalty management across multiple verticals including financial services, retail, entertainment and grocery. Prior to Sobeys, he was VP at Scene, where he was accountable for the day-to-day operations of the program, for leading the programs’ digital strategy and for developing strategic partnerships. Prior to this, Bloom was director of the HBC Rewards program, at the Hudson’s Bay Company. He also previously worked at American Express leading communications and partnerships for the Membership Rewards program. Shawn holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.
