Yvonne is the head of Marketing and member of the Executive at London Drugs. She is responsible for providing strategic marketing plans to support all lines of business across London Drugs, optimizing the marketing mix for owned, earned, and paid media, and creating meaningful customer connections.
Yvonne is passionate about placing a customer-led experience at the core of the Marketing strategy and leads her team on a path to increase customer brand love, trust, and affinity. During her tenure, London Drugs has consistently ranked in the top three for BC’s Most Love Brands, achieving first place in the heart of British Columbians in 2022.
By embracing and acting on the data generated from the LDExtras loyalty program and merging with the insights achieved through research and additional data sources, Yvonne is leading London Drugs on a path to a new level of personalized customer experiences.
As a member of the Executive and Vision Committee, Yvonne is helping guide a customer-first digital transformation while reimagining the store experience through physical design and information systems. All while fostering an ability to laugh and inspiring joy at work.
Yvonne has a wide background in marketing and communications. She has worked for a variety of companies from both the vendor and retailer perspectives. She achieved an MBA in Executive Management from Royal Roads University in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo.
