Emma Knight is a co-founder of Greenhouse, its Head of Marketing, and a co-author of The Greenhouse Cookbook, a national bestseller. After completing an MA in Modern European Languages at the University of Edinburgh, Knight worked for The New York Times Company and The World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers in Paris and completed a dual master’s in journalism and international development at Sciences Po Paris. Knight has written for publications including The Walrus, The Globe and Mail, and The International New York Times.
