Since joining Kraft Canada in 1996, Salter has held a wide variety of sales and marketing positions within both the retail & away-from-home divisions of Kraft, including key account management, category management, brand marketing and customer and shopper marketing. She has been instrumental in leveraging Kraft brand equity and alternate currency to build key strategic customer partnerships, with customers such as Loblaw Companies Ltd., Metro Inc., Veg Pro International, Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, and Dairy Queen. Her customer focused & collaborative approach has been a key ingredient to successful shopper marketing executions, such as Kraft Hockeyville and Kraft Hockey Goes On, UGI Earthfest, Kraft Celebration Tour, and LCL Cheesefest.
