As the Director of Solution Sales for the Microsoft Technology Centres (MTC) in Canada, Grant has the enviable job of helping customers and partners create Canada’s next wave of innovation and drive digital transformation using Microsoft products, technologies, cloud services and solutions.

After 20+ years in the technology industry and a number of leadership roles within Microsoft, Grant’s passion for technology, for learning, for new challenges and for competition are stronger than ever. He is currently responsible helping customers drive their digital transformation, leveraging the National Microsoft Technology Centres (MTC) http://www.microsoft.com/mtc - a state-of-the-art collaborative environment that provides our customers access to innovative technologies, world-class expertise, enabling them to envision, immerse, design, and prove out solutions that meets their business needs. Grant has also led the national Enterprise Specialist Sales Team at Microsoft Canada and has a deep understanding of customer pains and opportunities and ways in which different technologies can overcome these challenges and impact their respective businesses. Prior to this role, Grant was the Vice-President of the Microsoft Canada Developer & Platform Evangelism (DPE) Group, and a member of the Canadian Leadership Team at Microsoft. His mandate here was to help Canadian Developers, IT professionals, Indepent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Students take advantage of the Microsoft platforms Gladstone has also had Practice Manager in the Microsoft Services organization, responsible for the business leadership and sales of Consulting and Support solutions.

Outside of work, Grant enjoys giving back to the community, playing a number of sports and ‘geeking out’!
