Hilary Smee is the Vice President of Retail Infrastructure and Strategic Projects at Canopy Growth, a world-leading diversified cannabis and hemp company committed to delivering excellence from product and process innovation to market execution across the globe one product, one site and one country at a time.

Prior to joining Canopy Growth, Smee spent over 10 years at Holt Renfrew, Canada’s destination for luxury retail. Holding multiple leadership roles across the organization, Smee made her mark moving ambitious mandates forward at a time of great change in the retail landscape.  A graduate of the Master of Financial Economics at the University of Toronto, Smee began her career in strategy consulting at Bain and Company followed by CIBC.  As a lover of retail and champion of the customer experience, Smee is charged with building the foundation to enable Canopy’s ambitious retail expansion.
