Jennifer Lomax is an experienced marketer and business consultant with a passion for enabling better decisions and measurable results for clients across all sectors and scale.
As head of strategic planning with aging consumer consultancy, Age of Majority, and marketing to women agency, Harbinger, Jen leads all research and planning efforts, exposing customer insight and identifying meaningful, customer-centric opportunities for brands to more effectively engage consumers. Jen also leads all of Age of Majority’s and Harbinger's proprietary research endeavours, designing and executing custom studies and authoring content to bolster thought leadership. Her previous client-side (Johnson & Johnson) and consulting experience spans an array of people-oriented business issues and opportunities including market entry, revenue growth, performance measurement and management, branding and customer insight. Past and present clients include TD, RBC, Oaken Financial, Telus, SickKids, Wrigley and Unilever.
In August 2013, Marketing Magazine recognized Jennifer as a bright marketing talent on the rise in the publication's annual Top 30 Under 30 feature. Jennifer holds an HBA and an MBA from The Richard Ivey School of Business.
