Over the past 20 years John has honed his experience as a retail consultant for both the public and private sectors in Canada, U.S., India, Russia, and the Middle East. His work takes a forward-thinking planning approach to both private and public sector organizations primarily focused on retail and real estate development. This includes mixeduse development, main streets, economic impact assessments, shopping centres, farmers’ and public markets, among many other urban program and development issues. John spent 15 years as a lead Senior Consultant at the JC Williams Group and in 2016 launched Three Sixty Collective, a bespoke retail experience consultancy that builds distinctive brands, creates remarkable experiences and develops memorable places.
