Since she started her career journey in market research in 2000, Lana always tried to re-invent the field constantly asking herself and others "Why do we do it this way?” From building internal research capability for a database marketing agency, to managing Consumer & Shopper Insights for the ice cream division of Nestlé, to founding an insight consulting firm, Lana is never satisfied with mere numbers and observations. She is always excavating to find the “deep why” behind a person’s path to making a purchase. That pursuit leads her to understanding fundamental human needs and the brain structure. Her educational background in public relations, linguistics, and psychotherapy, allows her see the world from a unique vantage point.
