As North American CEO for Saatchi & Saatchi X, Charlie Anderson leads the growth and development of the US and Canada operations. Since joining Saatchi & Saatchi X in 1999, he has led North America partnerships with powerhouse brands such as Wal-Mart, Kroger, Procter & Gamble, Diageo, Frito-Lay, Quaker, Wendy's and LG Electronics as they pioneered shopper marketing practices. Many have come to be recognized as some of the best in the industry at the craft, and are among the fastest growing businesses in their categories. Teaming with Saatchi X's 19 other offices around the world, Charlie also leads the global development of clients such as Diageo, LG Electronics, Pepsico and Mead Johnson. And he is the Chairman of Saatchi X's Global Client Board focused on winning and developing long-term global client partners. She currently leads the creation and development of best practices for shopper marketers in the U.S, Canada, and Puerto Rico as well all of the on-boarding, training, and on-going development programs that are utilized globally. She is a top rated trainer for P&G's 900+ NA brand marketers and agencies on winning with retailers and in-store. She also is a global leader for an internal consulting program for P&G brand managers on how to win with new items in-store and has led consulting to over 300 P&G brand teams in the U.S., Canada, Singapore, and China. In 2011 she was named in "Who’s Who in Shopper Marketing", became a Faculty member of the Path to Purchase Institute, and guest lectured at Northwestern University’s Integrated Marketing Communications course. April resides in the Chicago area, is married with 2 children, and loves to travel the world.

He began his career in marketing at Procter & Gamble 14 years ago, and has worked at companies including Pillsbury, General Mills, and Novartis Consumer Health Canada. Before moving into marketing, Kironmoy had 8 years of experience in sales working for Sony of Canada and Hitachi Works Japan as well as 2 years of scientific research.

Matthew Diamond, Partner and Managing Director at Hunter Straker, has been a force in the Marketing industry since he first charged onto the scene over 15 years ago. Previously a Partner at Capital C, one of Canada’s premier full service agencies, Matthew played an instrumental role driving business development and helping Capital C grow nearly 10 fold over his tenure, including being named Agency of the Year in 2005. Diamond joined Hunter Straker – Canada’s only Purchase Design Agency - in 2010 to help set the vision and drive business development at Canada’s most established Design Firm, and one of the three most established independent agencies in this country. Matthew graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business, and moved directly into a Product/Brand Management Role with Kraft Canada. After nearly 3.5 years, he championed his experience in sports promotions into a role as a Corporate Marketing Manager with the NHLPA (National Hockey League Players’ Association). Prior to joining Capital C, Matthew had experience with an internet start-up, TargetNet, in Toronto. In 2003, Diamond was recognized by Marketing Magazine as one of the 12 “Ones to Watch,” honouring Canada’s up and coming marketers. He is the current President of CAPMA, Canadian Agencies Practicing Marketing Activation, and is part of the Board of Governors for the ICA (Institute of Communication Agencies). Matthew has been a guest lecturer at several prominent business schools across North America; has delivered dozens of keynotes at industry conferences; has authored many articles for Strategy, Marketing and Applied Arts Magazine; occupies a number of board seats in charity and other ventures, and recently created the highly successful program with the Richard Ivey School of Business titled ‘Hunter Straker and Ivey Give Lemon-Aid’. Matthew has 3 children and lives in Toronto.

David joined Procter & Gamble Canada in 1996 after completing his MBA at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Business. He started in P&G’s customer business development, doing various roles before moving to marketing management in 2004 when he co-led the Canadian Clairol integration team after P&G’s largest acquisition ever to that point. David then moved to New York to lead a global design hair colour team for 2 years, and returned to Canada to lead the company’s Oral Care business in 2006. In 2010, David was appointed Associate Marketing Director, Brand Operations, the role he still holds today. He is responsible for all multi-brand scale marketing, shopper marketing, media operations, purchasing, digital and marketing capability for P&G Canada.
